在家怎么处理：24 小时内的关键操作

> 兔子胃肠停滞（GI stasis）是急症：超过 12～24 小时不吃不拉随时可能恶化。以下为配合医嘱的家庭操作，不能替代就诊。

第一步：30 秒判断轻重

立刻急诊：完全不吃不动、蜷缩磨牙（疼痛表现）、腹部胀硬、耳朵冰凉、呼吸急促。
当天就医：12 小时无粪便或粪便变小变干带黏液、食欲下降、趴角落不爱动。
密切观察：粪便变小但仍在排、少量进食、精神尚可。

第二步：家庭四步操作

促使自主进食（核心目标）：提供新鲜多样的草与湿叶菜（提摩西草、燕麦草、香菜、芹菜叶、罗马生菜），叶子沾湿递到嘴边；也可用 syringe 补水。只要肯吃，就有机会逆转。
syringe 灌食（先让兽医演示）：完全不进食时用草粉应急配方（如 Critical Care 类）按说明调成稀糊，常见量约 10～15 ml/kg 分多次，缓慢从嘴角侧方推注；对着喉咙猛推会造成误吸，是致命风险。
腹部按摩：掌心顺时针轻画圈按摩腹部 5～10 分钟，每天 3～4 次，帮助气体移动；出现明显疼痛立即停止。
保温 + 安静：低温会进一步抑制肠道蠕动，用毛巾包裹温水瓶保暖，减少搬动与噪音。

第三步：错误做法（这几条会致命）

不要喂人用止泻/促消化药；部分抗生素（林可霉素、口服青霉素类）对兔肠道菌群是致命的；
不要给正在呻吟、呼吸急促的兔子强行灌食；
不要「明天再说」——兔的病情窗口以小时计；
不要长期只喂兔粮零食，缺乏粗纤维是第一病因。

不再复发的饮食与环境

干草无限量：成年兔主食应为无限量提摩西/果园草，兔粮只是按体重限量的补充。
每天看粪便：数量、大小、形状是最直观的健康晴雨表，铲屎时顺手瞄一眼。
每天 2～3 小时出笼活动，久卧不动会让肠道变慢。
零食与水果只做极少量奖励，控制高糖食物。
换毛季每天梳毛，减少吞入毛发造成的堵塞风险。

Effect of rabbit gastrointestinal stasis (RGIS) on the fecal microbiota of pet rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus)

Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) gastrointestinal stasis syndrome (RGIS) is defined as reduced motility of any part of the digestive tract that can lead to impaction and death if left untreated. This study aimed to describe the effect of RGIS on the fecal microbiota of client-owned pet rabbits. Fecal samples from healthy rabbits and rabbits displaying RGIS were obtained and the symptomology of the rabbits was recorded along with any medical intervention. The health outcomes were as follows: 1) Healthy rabbits (Healthy, n = 21), and 2) Rabbits that displayed symptoms of RGIS, were treated, and recovered (RGIS, n = 22). The fecal samples were analyzed using 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing to characterize the bacterial and eukaryotic microbial communities, respectively. In the 16S rRNA amplicon dataset, two bacterial genera were found in higher abundance in rabbits with RGIS: Clostridium sensu stricto 1 and an unclassified genus in the Enterobacteriaceae family. Likewise, five genera were found in higher abundance in healthy rabbits. The yeast Cyniclomyces guttulatus dominated the eukaryotic microbiota in all rabbits. RGIS is one of the most common issues in clinical practice. This study is the first to perform detailed characterization of the effects of RGIS on the domestic rabbit's bacterial and eukaryotic fecal microbiota. The results demonstrate a significant change in the relative abundance of seven bacterial genera associated with RGIS. Future research is necessary to elucidate the potential role of these microorganisms in RGIS. In the long-term, treatments targeting the restoration of the physiological gastrointestinal microbiota should be developed. Copyright: © 2025 Rahic-Seggerman et al.
